Terms and Conditions...

Punctuality:

Please plan your journey in advance, and aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can start promptly. Please bear in mind this is not a treatment that can be rushed or cut short, therefore any clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule for a later date.

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash only. Apologies as no card transactions can be taken at this time. There is a cash machine just outside the salon.

Deposits:

A £25 deposit is required upon booking any treatment, this is non refundable and will go towards your treatment price. 

Cancellation Policy:

I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or amend your appointment please contact me as soon as possible so I can accommodate you as best as I can, any clients leaving this less than 48 hours prior to their appointment will loose their deposit. 

Pre-Treatment:

A patch test and consultation is required prior to treatment. In some cases for certain medical conditions a Doctors written permission may be required prior to treatment.  

Medical:

There are some medical conditions and medications that may restrict or prevent treatment. Please see the Consultation & Consent form below and if you have any further questions don't hesitate to get in touch. 

Health & Safety:

For health and safety reasons the only people permitted in the treatment room is the client receiving treatment and myself. No food is allowed in the treatment room.
